Ceil 向上取整，并保留 n 位小数
@param f float64 待处理的浮点数
@param n ...int 可选的小数位数，默认保留 0 位小数
@return @1 float64 向上取整后的结果
Floor 向下取整，并保留 n 位小数

Round 四舍五入，并保留 n 位小数
采用“半数远离零”规则，例如 Round(-2.5) 返回 -3
