RunContainer запускает контейнер и возвращает одновременно его stdout+stderr (логи) и метрики (Duration, CPUPercent, MemUsage, MemLimit, MemPercent) в виде JSON-строки. Даже если контейнер живёт считанные миллисекунды, tight-loop гарантирует, что мы снимем хотя бы один summary до исчезновения cgroup.
