Overview ¶
Package httpcorrelation is the target-oriented path for HTTP correlation. New supplies Wrap/Inject over caller-owned requests; it performs no network operation or authentication. Sharing inherits the Factory and Trust callback's safety; header maps require caller synchronization. The implementation/package identities remain at the compatibility path rather than new wrapper types. Its public types and behavior retain the released http package identities.

Constants ¶
const ( // CorrelationHeader carries the logical workflow identifier. CorrelationHeader = legacy.CorrelationHeader // RequestHeader carries the current HTTP hop identifier. RequestHeader = legacy.RequestHeader // CausationHeader carries the immediate parent identifier. CausationHeader = legacy.CausationHeader )
const ( // ReplaceInvalid discards metadata on extraction failure and creates a fresh // root; nil Trust skips inbound parsing entirely. ReplaceInvalid = legacy.ReplaceInvalid // RejectInvalid returns HTTP 400 before application code runs. RejectInvalid = legacy.RejectInvalid )
Variables ¶
var ErrInvalidOptions = legacy.ErrInvalidOptions
ErrInvalidOptions reports invalid HTTP adapter configuration.

Types ¶
type InvalidPolicy ¶
type InvalidPolicy = legacy.InvalidPolicy
InvalidPolicy controls malformed or ambiguous inbound metadata.
type Middleware ¶
type Middleware = legacy.Middleware
Middleware owns explicit HTTP extraction, trust, context, and injection.
func New ¶
func New(factory *correlation.Factory, options Options) (*Middleware, error)
New constructs an HTTP adapter without installing global middleware.
