Overview

Package otelpostgres preserves the released OpenTelemetry adapter path. New code should import github.com/faustbrian/go-postgres/v2/adapters/otel. New retains the released instrumentation scope while borrowing the provider; provider lifecycle and query tracing remain caller-owned.
