Overview ¶

Package main implements the deployable administrative service and one-shot migration/retention modes. LoadConfig validates trusted startup settings; serving composition owns listener, PostgreSQL pool and optional non-global telemetry lifetime. Queue/Kubernetes providers are explicit optional adapters, not worker supervisors. Serving never schedules retention or starts worker reconciliation loops; callers must not infer atomicity across separate command/dispatch/completion transactions or tenant cleanup batches.
