Hydrate converts embedded portable collection descriptors into canonical, integrity-pinned Skill collection documents. The checked-in descriptor may omit digest fields. Member digests are enriched from embedded package bytes and the final document is canonicalized through Artifact Store's registered shareable codec before local installation begins.
