backfill-classify enqueues River enrichment jobs for feedback records that are missing a classification: sentiment (sentiment IS NULL) or emotions (emotions IS NULL). NULL rows arise from enabling SENTIMENT_* / EMOTIONS_* on a deployment with an existing backlog, from a value_text edit whose re-enrichment job was lost or finally failed (the edit eagerly clears the stale outputs), and from tenants that edited records while their enrichment toggle was off (re-enabling does not re-enrich by itself). Run this one-off to recover any of those; hub-worker (or the API process) runs the enqueued jobs. Select the type with -type sentiment|emotions.
