func RecoverInterrupted ¶ added in v0.32.0
RecoverInterrupted folds a failure for unfinished local runs after the previous CLI process has exited. The caller must hold the local run lock, which proves no other CLI process is executing these runs.

Subscriptions declares one durable consumer over the whole versioned namespace, so the tracker sees every fact and survives restarts (resuming where it left off).
