func InitialModel(mcName, wcName, kubeCtx string) model

InitialModel creates the initial state of the TUI model. It takes the management cluster name, workload cluster name (optional), and the initial Kubernetes context as input. It sets up the initial port-forwarding configurations, text input for new connections, and initializes the TUI message channel.
