WARNING: this is currently still in the prototyping stage, do not use.

Package management using Github repositories.

This tool was built to solve the problem of manually installing and managing software from Github Releases.

The aim of this tool is to provide these kinds of semantics to enable users to quickly install tools:

gpkg install github.com/${OWNER}/${REPO}

TODO: this repo will have releases once we start v0.1.0, and eventually this tool will self-host but for now is installed using Golang:

GO111MODULE="on" go get github.com/github-package-manager/gpkg
export PATH="$HOME/.local/gpkg/bin:$PATH"
