Command vulkan-renderpass-test validates the hypothesis that Intel Iris Xe driver bug is specific to VK_KHR_dynamic_rendering, not vkCreateGraphicsPipelines.

This test creates a pipeline using traditional VkRenderPass instead of dynamic rendering to verify if the Intel driver works correctly with the traditional approach.
