Client runs helm in the codebase root.

New returns the Client running helm in root through runner. It does no I/O.
func (*Client) DependencyBuild ¶
DependencyBuild runs `helm dependency build <chart>` under a private repository cache and config, removed on return. helm's default per-user repository cache is one shared tree, so two concurrent builds of different charts race on its index files (one truncates an index while the other reads it, failing with "empty index.yaml file"); a private home per call makes each build independent.
