GetNonEmptyLines converts given command output string into individual objects according to line breakers, and ignores the empty elements in it.

func InstallCertManager ¶
func InstallCertManager() error
InstallCertManager installs the cert manager bundle and waits until it is fully ready: the controller, webhook, and cainjector deployments must all be Available AND the cert-manager ValidatingWebhookConfiguration must have a populated caBundle. Waiting only for the webhook deployment (the previous behaviour) left a window where the cainjector had not yet injected the caBundle, causing `make deploy`'s cert-manager-typed resources (e.g. the AgentRun webhook Certificate) to fail with "x509: certificate signed by unknown authority".
