Overview

Package logflags gives the command-line tools the same logging flags: -log-level (debug, info, warn, error) and -log-format (text, json), each defaulting to an environment variable, and builds the slog.Logger they ask for. Logs go to stderr; stdout stays the command's output.

func Register(fs *flag.FlagSet, envPrefix string) *Flags

Register adds -log-level and -log-format to fs. Their defaults come from <envPrefix>_LOG_LEVEL and <envPrefix>_LOG_FORMAT, else info and text.

func (*Flags) NewLogger 

func (f *Flags) NewLogger(w io.Writer) (*slog.Logger, error)

NewLogger builds the logger the flags describe, writing to w.
