PROTOTYPE — throwaway. Delete once the "material surfaces" question is settled.

Question: does a card/surface look (panes with a filled background, not just a line border) read well enough in a terminal to be worth building into the theme system?

Five variants of one realistic screen (list + table + detail), switchable live. Nothing here uses tuilib's components: every cell is painted by hand so the variants can disagree about structure freely.
