README

studio

import "github.com/kitsunium/sdk/framework/app/studio"

Package studio serves, in dev, the read-only API the kit tool's Studio reads: the graph and its event stream, traces, instances and items, the source, the dev tools — the process, the databases, goroutines, the heap profile, logs, the mailbox, former values. A server imports it to be seen by the Studio:

import _ "github.com/kitsunium/sdk/framework/app/studio"

It also brings kit's sentences in the languages after English — French today —, which only the Studio shows, in its reader's language: with it a diagnostic of the graph carries its text in each of them, without it in English alone. The terminal, the logs and an error read English either way (ADR 0179 step 8, Q6). And it reads the variables the kit tool sets — what kit dev built and set for a launch, whether the Studio is served, to whom, and with the static analysis (ADR 0180 step 1).

Without it a product links none of those routes, their handlers, the event stream, the profiler, the catalogues after English or the SDK's i18n, and reads none of the tool's variables; in dev the start warns that the Studio was asked for. The health probes are the product's either way.
