func ExitCode(err error) int

ExitCode maps a command error to the exit code the lstk process terminates with: the first *exec.ExitError in the chain carries that child's exact code (a proxied tool's, or one of lstk's own subprocesses), an output.ExitCodeError carries the --json convention (3 CONFIRMATION_REQUIRED, 4 AUTH_REQUIRED), anything else collapses to 1. main.go and instrumentCommands share it, so the recorded exit_code is the real one.
