Overview ¶

Package cyclecmd implements `lux cycle <network>/<env>` — the atomic up→deploy→down→snap pipeline. Spawns luxd in the background within the same process, waits for health, runs contract deploy against the resolved RPC, signals shutdown, waits for drain, snapshots.
