Command bootstrap-chain creates one or more chains on a luxd network using the canonical BIP44 m/44'/9000'/0'/0/<idx> derivation.

Command createchaintx is the focused, immediate-unblock tool for registering the 5 brand L2 EVMs (hanzo, zoo, pars, spc, osage) on a Quasar-era P-Chain.

derive-scan: take BIP-39 mnemonic, derive the canonical Avalanche/Lux P-Chain (UTXO, coinType=9000) and C-Chain (EVM, coinType=60) addresses at index 0..N, print both.

derive60: derive C-Chain EVM addr+privkey on the Ethereum path m/44'/60'/0'/0/<i> via luxfi/go-bip32, for the LightMnemonic devnet seed.

derive9000: derive C-Chain EVM addr+privkey on the CANONICAL genesis path m/44'/9000'/0'/0/<i> (coin type 9000 — the path pkg/genesis.LoadKeysFromMnemonic funds in the genesis alloc), for the LightMnemonic devnet seed.

derivekey: derive the C-Chain EVM private key + address for a given index from a BIP-39 mnemonic using the CANONICAL Lux genesis derivation path m/44'/9000'/0'/0/<i> (the SAME path pkg/genesis.LoadKeysFromMnemonic funds in the genesis alloc — coin type 9000, NOT the coin-type-60 ETH path).

Command genesis generates Lux network genesis configurations.

Command staker derives a network's validator staking identities from the mnemonic, so a validator set can be rebuilt from one seed instead of recovered from eight scattered key files.

Command venuekeygen generates the D-Chain VENUE validator staking key set for one network and emits it either as a KMS-ready JSON payload (default, stdout) or as individual on-disk artifacts under --out (local inspection only).
