Retracted: v1.12.8 was cut from main, which had removed scheme/bls. That is a breaking change and it went out as a PATCH, so `go get -u` inside the v1.12.x line would take it and break every consumer of that package — luxfi/consensus/protocol/quasar imports it directly. The tag was deleted from the repository within minutes, but proxy.golang.org had already fetched it and the proxy is immutable, so deletion does not unpublish. This is the mechanism that does. Cut from main by mistake; removes scheme/bls, which consensus imports.
