First run

The command below is the tool's own example; TestDoctorRunsEveryRegisteredCheckAndExitsByTheWorst in internal/doctor/doctor_test.go runs --local against stand-in checks.

$ nova-doctor run --check harness
$ nova-doctor run --local
$ nova-doctor run --local --json
