Querier is a typesafe Go interface backed by SQL queries.
Methods ending with Batch enqueue a query to run later in a pgx.Batch. After calling SendBatch on pgx.Conn, pgxpool.Pool, or pgx.Tx, use the Scan methods to parse the results.
