ExposureStatus is machine-readable readiness for one observed or managed HTTP exposure.

ProbeHTTPDialTarget verifies a logical HTTP endpoint while dialing a separate local/runtime address. This supports hostname-bound TLS without conflating endpoint identity with runtime placement.
