func Emit(ctx context.Context, logger *slog.Logger, evt BusinessEvent)
Emit records a business telemetry event with explicit JSON handling and tracing spans.
The tracer is resolved at call time, after the caller has installed its TracerProvider. A package-level `var tracer = otel.Tracer(...)` would run during package init, before any provider exists, and capture the default no-op provider — every span would then be discarded.
