Overview ¶
Command release builds every cross-compiled sync82 binary for a tagged release, packages the MCPB bundle (sync82.mcpb), writes checksums.txt over the binaries and the bundle, and writes the MCP Registry server.json descriptor, all into dist/ at the module root. Usage:
go run ./scripts/release vX.Y.Z go run ./scripts/release -allow-prerelease v0.0.0-ci
The version must match vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH. The -allow-prerelease flag also accepts a "-suffix" made of letters, digits, dots and hyphens (e.g. v0.0.0-ci); CI uses it to exercise the full packaging without a real release tag. Each binary is built with `go build` for its target platform; this program is not one of sync82's own subcommands.
