onex-controller-manager 组件介绍
onex-controler-manager 组件包括了一些基础的控制器：
- garbage-collector-controller：GC
- namespaced-resource-deleter：命名空间清理控制器
onex-controller-manager 开发方式跟 kube-controller-manager 保持一致
