PathScopedKeychain implements authn.Keychain like authn.DefaultKeychain, but walks the intermediate repository paths, so "registry.example.com/org-a" covers "registry.example.com/org-a/project/image", and it never lets an "auths" entry answer for a repository it does not cover.
