EngineVersion reads dagger.json's engineVersion field.

func GoModDaggerVersion(path string) (string, error)

GoModDaggerVersion reads the root go.mod's effective dagger.io/dagger version: the `require` version, UNLESS a `replace dagger.io/dagger => ...` directive exists, in which case the replace directive's version is what actually gets built and therefore wins. Checking only `f.Require` would let a future replace directive silently defeat this guard's purpose (design.md D-B: drift must fail RED, never survive review).
