Overview ¶
payments is an example plugin that serves two addresses and needs a different answer at each: a webhook a payment provider posts to, and pages only the operator may open.
It is here to show the shape rather than to take anybody's money. Nothing below speaks to a real provider; the signature check is real because that is the part the host cannot do, and the rest is a stub.
The thing worth noticing is what is *not* here. There is no session handling, no cookie, no check that the caller is an administrator. The manifest says which addresses this plugin serves and who may reach each, the host enforces it before anything is forwarded, and an address the manifest does not list never arrives at all. What is left is the part only this plugin can do.
It also asks another plugin something. A payment names a driver, and whether that driver is one of the team's is the drivers plugin's to say — so this one asks it, through the server, and its manifest says so: "asks": ["drivers"].
