func ErrorHandler(mapper pfwhttp.ErrorMapper, logger logging.Logger) echo.HTTPErrorHandler
ErrorHandler maps application errors at the router boundary. Native Echo status errors (including routing and middleware errors) retain Echo's handling. A committed response is never overwritten; late errors are only logged.
