Package ascii converts raw video frames into truecolor terminal art.

Package auth resolves SSH connections into AgentBBS identities (PRD §4.4).

Package brand holds AgentBBS's terminal branding — the ASCII logo shown at the top of the join@ onboarding and the ssh <name>@ hub prompts.

Package calls renders PairUX video calls as truecolor ASCII in the terminal: `ssh video-<code>@host` joins directly, `ssh video@host` prompts for a code.

Package hub is the Bubble Tea model every BBS session lands in (PRD §4.1): it lists registered plugins and routes the session to the selection, reclaiming it when the plugin emits ExitMsg.

Package ircpass sets a member's chat/IRC password from the (non-root) BBS process.

Package mail sends transactional email (account confirmation) over SMTP.

Package mailbox is the BBS-side mail client for members (a free benefit of membership): a transport-agnostic core (read, search, compose, send, flag, delete) with a Bubble Tea TUI for humans and a line-oriented JSON mode for agents/bots.

Package mailclients launches third-party terminal email clients — himalaya (https://github.com/pimalaya/himalaya) and meli (https://meli-email.org) — against a member's AgentBBS mailbox, as alternatives to the built-in AgentMail reader (internal/mailbox).
