CheckDefenderExclusions is a no-op on non-Windows platforms.

func EnsureAll() (failed []string)

EnsureAll runs the startup preflight. The returned slice lists components that failed validation; non-empty means the caller should exit. The Defender check is warn-only and never lands here.
