func Repo(t testing.TB, token string) string

Repo creates a private aayu-scratch-* repository for the token's user with a first commit, and deletes it when the test ends, unless AAYU_LIVE_KEEP=1 keeps it as evidence (delete it by hand afterwards). Test scaffolding, not a verb write, so it calls the API directly.

Token returns the human token for live tests: AAYU_GITHUB_TOKEN, GH_TOKEN, GITHUB_TOKEN, then `gh auth token`.
