SyncDirectory fsyncs a directory handle. It is exposed for callers that need to make a preceding rename durable.

func WriteFileAtomic 

func WriteFileAtomic(path string, data []byte, mode os.FileMode) error

WriteFileAtomic writes data to path by fsyncing a temp file in the same directory and then renaming it into place.
