ApplyTemplate replaces well-known tokens in a commit template. Supported tokens:

{COMMIT_MESSAGE} - replaced with the generated commit message
{GIT_BRANCH}     - replaced with the current branch name
{TICKET_ID}      - replaced with a ticket ID extracted from the branch name
