Package app runs PDFConcat commands: it connects the parsed command line to plan decoding, resource capture, inspection, layout, assembly, report production and publication, and decides the outcome that every command prints and the process exits with.

Package assembly defines PDFConcat's domain values and the neutral job tree: the ordered PDFs, blank pages, and directory groups that both the plan decoder and the command-line shortcut compile to.

Package capture owns the private job workspace, the single-pass snapshot of source and font files, and filesystem-identity alias protection between the resources of one job.

Package cli defines and parses PDFConcat's command-line grammar and describes it as structured help.

Package exectest builds the pdfconcat executable for tests that run it as a child process, and lets the coverage gate (tools/qualitygate coverage) see what those child processes execute.
