func BindDataTransforms(artifact migration.Artifact, transforms []migration.DataTransformDescriptor) (migration.Artifact, error)
BindDataTransforms inserts checksum-only callback identities into the final transaction phase, immediately before its required-value audit when it has one and otherwise before the final PostgreSQL schema assertion, so the audit sees the values a transform writes.

ValidateVersionedTransition refuses transform-backed field changes that would leave retained snapshots on the previous structure.
