Functions

func Unsupported

func Unsupported(path query.Path, cause error) error

Unsupported wraps an adapter's path-resolution failure for a caller filter.

func ValidateSort

func ValidateSort(collection schema.Collection, path query.Path) error

ValidateSort accepts a path to one stored scalar of collection, reached directly or through unlocalized groups. The operation engine rejects every other caller sort with it, and configuration rejects a join's default sort, so both agree on what can be ordered. The error explains why a path cannot be sorted.

Types

type UnsupportedError

type UnsupportedError struct {
	Path  query.Path
	Cause error
}

UnsupportedError reports a caller's filter path that a store adapter cannot compile. The operation engine rejects it as a bad query naming Path. Adapters wrap only caller filters: a path in a collection access rule is trusted configuration, so its failure remains an ordinary store failure.

func (*UnsupportedError) Error

func (err *UnsupportedError) Error() string

func (*UnsupportedError) Unwrap

func (err *UnsupportedError) Unwrap() error
