func ConvertAssign(dest, src any) error

ConvertAssign copies to dest the value in src, converting it if possible. It is copied from database/sql/convert.go version go1.24.1. Removed handling of client returning driver.Rows since we don't need that and that requires pulling more code from database/sql package.
