H2CHandler wraps the given http.Handler (or nil) such that it can now serve unencrypted h2 traffic. This is useful for hosting providers.

func ListenAndServeSelfSignedTLS(addr string, handler http.Handler) error

ListenAndServeSelfSignedTLS is a helper which serves https with a known bad certificate. As of July 2025, this is useful for Cloudflare, which allows HTTP/2 over "bad" SSL (rather than h2c).
