Overview ¶
Package bibtex converts a single BibTeX entry into a coldp.Reference. Deliberately small: single-entry parse with the common fields and entry types; no @string macros, no preamble handling, no multi- entry-file processing (paste one citation at a time).
LIFT-TO-SFLIB CANDIDATE. Same rationale as the openalex and bhlnames clients — every SFBorg tool that ingests references benefits from this. Written self-contained so migration is easy.

ErrParse wraps parser failures. Callers can errors.Is-check it to render "malformed BibTeX" without leaking internal messages.
