Package cliut cmd/skywire-cli/commands/ut/mdisc.go c4-vis-cli

`skywire cli ut mdisc` — visor uptime as reported by the dmsg-discovery integrated endpoint. Uptime data is derived from dmsg session activity, which makes it the most accurate "is this visor actually reachable via dmsg?" source.

`skywire cli ut sd` — visor uptime as reported by the service-discovery integrated endpoint. Populated by the heartbeats visors already send to SD when registering services, so it's the "cheapest" uptime source: no dedicated heartbeat path, shares the SD registration flow.

Package cliut cmd/skywire-cli/commands/ut/tpd.go c4-vis-cli

`skywire cli ut tpd` — visor uptime from the transport-discovery integrated endpoint. Earlier this command used a hand-rolled JQ expression that silently returned nothing when the server response shape changed (it fetched v1 but then tried to filter by the v2 `daily` field, which doesn't exist at v1). Replaced with the shared cliuptime factory so it behaves identically to the sd / mdisc equivalents and fetches v3 by default (the version the deployment mirrors over CXO).
