Overview

Command gencloud turns the Skycoin cloud logo into stencil rows for the help screen's backdrop mask.

The source is skycoin-cloud.png next to this file: the icon half of the logo skycoin/skycoin serves in its block explorer (explorer/src/assets/img/ logo.svg), with the wordmark paths dropped and the result rasterized and trimmed to the mark's own bounds.

Only the alpha channel is read. The mask says where the shape is, not what color it is — the rain supplies the color, which is the whole point of drawing the logo as a silhouette rather than as a picture pasted on top.

A terminal cell is about twice as tall as it is wide, so the logo is sampled into a grid of twice its own width over height in columns per row: the mark is a third wider than it is tall, 532 by 400, and two columns a row — the grid of a square logo — drew it a quarter too narrow. Several sizes are emitted because the help screen it has to fit into is a different size on every command; pkg/flags picks the largest that fits.

Run it with `go generate ./pkg/flags/...`.
