IsBackChannelOnlyClient reports whether client has no interactive /authorize flow, using the same explicit marker and metadata-shape exclusions at startup and runtime.

IsEligibleClient reports whether client supports ToolHive's interactive authorization-code flow and can be preauthorized to skip its consent page.
