RunHTTP assembles remote-only MCP, Wiki, webhook, and repository-sync resources and hosts them over HTTP. @intent keep all remote runtime construction outside inbound adapters and the local ccg binary. @sideEffect initializes telemetry/cache, optional sync workers, and a long-running HTTP listener.
