Copyright (c) 2026 Tarek Wasfy primitive-mega-join joins the universal primitive evidence pack with the existing semantic authority. It is deliberately conservative: syntax, compiler-internal, recovery, representation and target-only evidence never become primitives. Only a fully structured irreducible semantic residual may be promoted, and promotion is disabled unless an observable witness exists.
