New returns a functional in-memory storage.Conn. It interprets the structured storage.Query (Create/ReadOne/ReadAll/Update/Delete + Conditions/OrderBy/Limit/Offset). It is THE double a leaf module uses to test round-trips without importing a real driver, and it proves storage/conformance exactly like the real backends do.
