Package slack is the Slack role: the Slack controller's loop, as a process of its own.
type Module struct{ Deprecated string }
Module is the Slack role. Deprecated names the command that runs the loop
under its old name and says so at start; empty for `sluis slack`.
Tick implements module.Module: one Slack target, once, under its lease.
