ChangeProvider fetches change metadata from external systems Each implementation is configured for a specific provider (GitHub, GitLab, Phabricator).

The change value types it produces — entity.ChangeInfo, entity.ChangeDetails, entity.Author, entity.ChangedFile — live in the entity package so the same typed facts can be persisted (entity.ChangeRecord) and scored without re-declaration.

Config carries the per-queue identity handed to a Factory. The system knows only the queue name; everything an implementation needs is injected at construction by the integrator.

Factory builds the ChangeProvider for a queue. Implementations are provided by integrators (and tests) and inject whatever they need at construction.
