ParseActivity preserves the historical database-text time contract used by maintenance. Unknown or zero-date values remain an explicit unknown state.

ParseDatabaseUTC decodes the server clock projected by the token reader. MySQL UTC_TIMESTAMP and SQLite DATETIME('now') are both UTC without an offset.
